  • Vendor onboarding, three-way match, approvals per Delegations of Authority (DoA), payment runs, and AP ageing with root-cause analytics.

• Accounts Receivable & Order-to-Cash:

  • Contract review, invoicing, collections workflow, credit control, and DSO/KPI tracking with escalation paths.

• Banking, Cash & Treasury:

  • Bank reconciliations, cash positioning/rolling forecasts, payment approvals (maker–checker), and liquidity dashboards.

• Tax (UAE VAT & Corporate Tax):

  • Registration, return preparation and filing, input/output VAT controls, corporate tax computations, reconciliations, and audit-trail documentation.

• Payroll & People Costs:

  • Payroll calculations, benefits/allowances, EOSB, GL postings, and compliance artefacts; confidential controls with HR alignment.

• Fixed Assets & Inventory:

  • Capitalisation policy, asset register, inventory valuation and counts, write-off/impairment governance.

• Revenue, Costing & Projects:

  • Revenue recognition per policy/IFRS, costing models, WIP and project accounting, and margin analysis.

• Consolidation & Group Reporting:

  • Intercompany eliminations, multi-entity consolidation, FX translation, and group pack production.

• Controls, Policies & Audit Support:

  • Financial control framework, SOPs, checklists, evidence registers, and full external-audit support with a clean PBC (Prepared-By-Client) list.

• Systems & MI:

  • ERP configuration support, chart of accounts design, dashboards, and board MI tailored to priorities (cash, margins, risk, growth).
