Execute a structured comms plan (status, risks, next steps); prepare concise SteerCo packs and minute decisions and actions.

Planning & Scheduling
Build a defensible plan: WBS (work breakdown structure), critical path, resource loading, baselines, and milestone maps that survive real-world change.

Quality Assurance & Testing
Define QA strategy, test plans, entry/exit criteria, and defect triage; ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and outcomes.

Implementation & Handover
Orchestrate cutover with runbooks, rollback plans, training, SOPs, and hypercare; ensure stable BAU ownership and support models.
